As a customer of Cartopia, you have given us information such as your name, phone number home and email addresses and we also might have details of your car as well. This includes registration number and mileages and often service history and MOT details.
We use this information only within the framework of conducting our business and we try our best to keep in touch, to make sure you are aware if your car is due an MOT or needs Tax for example.

We do not share your data with anyone without your permission.
How long we retain your data
We keep these records of our customers subject to the legal requirements but if you want us to delete them please ask and we will do so as appropriate.
What rights you have over your data
If you are a customer you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
